The Camel Trail

The Camel Trail is a cycle route that has been superbly converted from a disused railway line, running parallel to the beautiful Camel River. It is mainly traffic free and safe for the whole family to enjoy a memorable day out, with a lot to see along the way, such as the Camel Valley Vineyard, accessible from the cycle trail.

Remember to take your camera and binoculars, as there is a vast array of wildlife along the way. We sell disposable cameras, refreshments and clothing - just in case!

The river flows into the Camel Estuary, the beautiful expanse of water that lies before Padstow and seperates it from Rock on the opposite bank.
